1. Check Items Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect their items in the presence of the delivery person immediately upon receiving their parcel.

2. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds After Payment
Once the parcel is received and payment is completed, we cannot process any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customers must thoroughly inspect the items before finalizing the transaction.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders After Dispatch
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched or are in transit.
Customers can only cancel their order upon delivery, but they are required to pay the delivery charge for the cancellation.
4. Unpaid Delivery Charges and Consequences
Failure to pay the delivery charge upon order cancellation will result in the customer being flagged as a fraud in our system.
Future orders will not be confirmed for customers who fail to comply with this policy.
