I received a damaged item. What can I do?

I placed an order online. When will I receive my delivery?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Typically:

Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days

Suburb Dhaka: 4-5 working days

Outside Dhaka: 4-5 working days

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a text with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you experience any delays, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I return or exchange an item after it has been delivered?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an item has been delivered unless it is defective or damaged during transit. If your item meets this exception, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

My desired item is out of stock. When will it be available?

If an item is out of stock, it will be updated on our website once it becomes available again. For more details or to place a pre-order, please contact our support team through Messenger. We’ll do our best to assist you and provide updates on restock timelines.
