Return and Exchange Policy
1. Once your parcel is successfully delivered, there is no way to cancel/exchange/return the item(s) as per our exchange/return/damage policy.
2. The customer must open the courier packaging bag and check all the item(s) whether are in good condition or not in front of the delivery man upon receiving the parcel.
3. If the item(s) you receive is defective/damaged, please do not accept the item(s) from the delivery man. Instead, return the parcel on the spot as a defective/damaged item(s) upon receipt.
4. Please contact our help center immediately and seek help/further assistance/guidance.
5. Upon checking with our delivery partner we will keep updating the customer about the defective/damaged item(s) conditions.
6. A partial delivery might be held if the parcel has several item(s) come along with one parcel, the customer can keep the non-defective/non-damaged item(s) and return the defective item(s) to the delivery man on the spot.
7. If the payment has been made online/bKash, your refunds/replacements (subject to stock availability) will be issued shortly. We will refund you via the same payment method you used while placing the order or, replace it with a new product.
