3. Non-Cancellable Orders After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched or are in transit.

Customers can only cancel their order upon delivery, but they are required to pay the delivery charge for the cancellation.

4. Unpaid Delivery Charges and Consequences

Failure to pay the delivery charge upon order cancellation will result in the customer being flagged as a fraud in our system.

Future orders will not be confirmed for customers who fail to comply with this policy.
